NEW CLIENTS

To get you started, Pilates For All offers all new clients a complimentary get to know one another chat and consultation. From there your first session will include a detailed intake and full and complete head to toe assessment. Please remember to always wear comfortable workout attire for all of your sessions. If you wear shorts, please wear biker shorts underneath. Your sessions will be done barefoot, so no shoes or socks are needed. We recommend that you have a full bottle of water with you for all of your sessions.

HEAD TO TOE ASSESSMENT

Our primary goal in doing an assessment is to get to know you and your body. After discussing all of your goals, any possible aches, pains, and injuries, we will assess your foundational strength, flexibility, head to toe joint range of motion, gait, and posture. As we move through your assessment, we will discuss all that we have found. Your body has a blueprint design. The further away you get from this blueprint, the less functional you become; and eventually this has a negative impact on the aging process, and your quality of life. Acknowledging and addressing your body’s greatest needs lends itself to improved performance, injury prevention, reduction of aches and pains, and aging with quality of life, grace and ease, no matter what your age. After your assessment, your next session will be a coached goal setting session, where together we will create a personalized plan to move you forward and in the direction of achieving your goals.

COACHED GOAL SETTING

You and your coach / instructor will look closely at your health, well-being, and fitness goals. Together we will define your goals and why they are important to you. If you are having trouble reaching your goals as so many of us are, we will examine the things getting in your way. We will discuss who you have to support you in reaching your goals, and what you need from them. We will also discuss what you need from your coach / instructor. Most importantly we will lay out the things you can do to help yourself. We will finish by creating a personalized action plan that will bring you closer to achieving your goals.

private

PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE MOVEMENT AND COACHING SESSIONS (1 STUDENT)

Private One-on-One movement and coaching sessions are highly personalized and tailored to fit you, your body, your challenges, and your goals. In these sessions, we will take everything that was found in your head-to-toe assessment and strategically begin working on it. We will also go to work on the action plan we created in your Coached Goal Setting session. We will work on creating healthy life-style habits and the mindset that is needed to sustain them. We will create and design you a life that is centered around well-being and improving the aging process, no matter how young or old you are. As we move forward, your program and action plan will be tweaked and updated as needed. These sessions are a great way to make your goals a reality and a great way to help you age with better quality of life!

SEMI-PRIVATE MOVEMENT AND COACHING SESSIONS (2-4 STUDENTS)

Semi-Private movement and coaching sessions are a great way to spend much needed time with your partners, family members, friends, and coworkers, while working on your health, well-being, and quality of life. This is a budget-friendly way to receive personalized attention, coaching, and instruction. Semi-Private sessions will be collectively designed around the needs of its participants.

If you are dealing with lots of aches, pains, and injuries, or rehabbing from a surgery, the Private One-on-One sessions are recommended, and a great way to address this, rather than the Semi-Private sessions.

All of the work you will do at Pilates For All is designed to provide your body with a strong and solid foundation. It is also designed to improve the aging process and improve your quality of life now and in the future. The movement you will do at Pilates For All is not limited to the Pilates method, and is designed to restore and maintain function throughout your entire body, Ideally leaving you with a feeling of freedom and ease.

We offer only Private One-on-One’s and Semi-Private’s, so that all of our participants receive the personalized attention they need and deserve.

POLICIES

Please do not schedule sessions that you do not think you can attend.

Packages, programs, and memberships cannot be shared with others.

All sales are always final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Pilates For All has a 24 hour cancelation / rescheduling policy. Because cancelled, rescheduled, and forgotten sessions are hard to fill, this policy is strictly enforced – If you cannot make a session for any reason at all, and do not give a full and complete 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full cost of your session.

Sessions are considered forgotten or a no show and canceled, if you are not present 15 minutes after your session start time.
